Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Great work by Karl and the team, lots of extras thrown into my request last minute which Karl was able to factor in without issue. Quality of work was great, and all within time. Very punctual and communication was constant. Only downside was tidiness, unfortunately due to plastering works, flooring was damaged but Karl acknowledged this straight away and offered multiple options to resolve which we agreed very quickly. Would 100% recommend and will be my first port of call for any future works.
A very reliable, hardworking, clean and tidy couple of young men ( very hard to find today). Nothing too much trouble for them and very eager to please. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Although our wall seemed only a smallish job (front garden wall) the work carried out was first class.
