Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.
Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
