Martyn turned up on time every visit and worked extremely hard under difficult conditions. His plumbing works look excellent and I shall be using him again. More expensive than I anticipated but as I said very difficult conditions and I had little idea of the costs involved.

Ben has been incredibly supportive throughout my project. Giving me options and ideas every stage and allowing me to make a decisions in my own time. I would highly recommend Nick wise, he treats your home as if it were his, he ensures the work was of a high standard and we could not be more pleased with his work. It was finished before time. He was polite and genuinely concerned at doing the best job possible, I would be more than happy to give him the best possible reference to anyone making enquires and would certainly use him again, nice to have a decent job done for a decent price and professionally finished

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

A keen and conscientious young team who got the main job done in good style. To improve, maybe some attention to communications and the paper trail might achieve a more complete result. Very pleased with the end result though.

Some of the work was good like the trimming of the shrub and bushes. The weeding was hopeless as they have not been pulled up by the roots and some of it was not touched at all. Some of my plants were trampled on and the rose stems forcefully pushed through the obelisk were broken in their hurry to finish by five. I don't think they had any intention of returning as I was not pleased with their weeding work which was the main aspect of their work_ to get the ground ready for planting. The work has been left

Didn't turn up on the first day but, did manage to complete the job within timescale. In saying that, one radiator was left hanging off the wall and pipes in a bedroom left uncovered. Eventually after months they returned to re hang the radiator, unsuccessfully, it still is hanging off the wall. One year on and despite having a one year guarantee and first boiler service free, we cannot get them to return our calls. Absolutely appalling service, that has caused us huge distress.

Honest (pointed out when I wrote a cheque that would have overpaid), good value for money, occasionally a little tricky to get hold of as he lives out of mobile reception. The work is all good, shower is lovely, and the smaller other jobs that we asked him to do were all done just as well as the main one.
