Reece was very helpful, guiding me through the regulations the job needed to meet in replacing the window units/adding window restrictors, and then in sourcing the best price. He completed the work in a very efficient time and fitted in with the times when I could be around. I am very pleased with the quality of the final outcome and would use this tradesperson again in the future.

STUART WAS ON TIME, AND COMPLETED THE JOB SATISFACTORILY (HE EVEN SHOWED INITIATIVE IN BRINGING ALONG A SAMPLE MIXER TAP JUST IN CASE ONE WAS NEEDED!). A NEW TAP WAS FITTED AND ALL IS NOW O.K.

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him we will certainly be using him again in the near future. We had never used him before finding him on this site and are over the moon with his workmaship .. chris

Do not use this trade-person. You risk being left in a lurch. I am still waiting for him to complete a critical follow-up job which, unwisely, I paid in advance out of compassion for his family situation.

I wish to thank 'Rated People' for providing me with such outstanding people as Ben and Nathan. Not only were they a delight to have around the house, but their attention to detail and superb finish, exceeded my expectations. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Great job, thank you Dave!

Did a really thoughtful restoration of our cloakroom. Took into consideration what was best for the client and achieved what the client wanted. New tiled floor and walls. Existing basin reset in New worktop with new tap and drainage. All done to schedule. On time, no waste, no mess and no dissruption. Friendly and reliable.

Delighted with Brian - he got stuck in traffic but kept me posted as to where he was. Quoted a really good price which was half I was expecting so met him in the middle. Will definitely get him back again for a bigger job when budget permits.

I can accept that problems occur and that Christmas is a busy time, but that is no excuse for the complete lack of contact and honesty. So, in the circumstances I do not wish for you to continue with the job.
