Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. He undertook some additional requests while he was was at the property, all at very reasonable rates. I will happily use the company again.

Jim was fantastic - fitted 3 internal doors for us with no nonsense. Even when one door proved difficult (leading to the job taking longer than he thought and eating into his weekend) he took great care with his work and didn't finish until he was completely happy with it. Cheerful too, and likes a wee blether! Would hire him again in a heartbeat ????

Iain was very helpful. He was able to source and fix the problem which a previous plumber had failed to do. He arrived as scheduled and fixed the issue quickly and explained the problem. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely contact him again for any future plumbing issue.
