Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Could not fault Ian at all... amazing work, sorted out getting all the waste removed, cleaned up everyday before left... ( was a full bathroom rip out and and replaced with walk in shower) would recommend without a shadow of a doubt.... finish is 2nd to none ..

Family run business started in 2022 by two cousins who have teamed up to bring two very detailed trades together, plumbing and joinery. We don’t have problems we’ll only ever have solution’s.
Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. They do not rush the job and are a family firm having their own workforce. I was told by other firms my job could be completed in 1 day with 2 men which I doubt would be to the same high standard. i had a new front door fitted by henrys bathroom i was a bit worried about the name because i thought they were bathroom fitters.they fitted the door perfectly.very good carpentry i am very happy with the work.they also said they would come back to check because wood expands between summer and winter.thank you henrys bathroom
