Warning - Warning - Warning! Well the bathroom was completed, We paid in excess of £11,500 to Doug Rose from Salisbury. 2 days later there was a drip from behind the wall where the shower was fitted and a few other items, its been almost 2 weeks since the shower was isolated and despite several messages, emails, whatsapp's and a letter to his address - we have heard nothing! So much for the 12 months warranty etc We are now left having to find someone to put right his work & sort out any future issues!

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

Original work in painting walls & ceiling of bedroom was good & we would have given five stars in each category. However, after finishing & being paid in full, the following evening we found a broken blind slat. The reply to my email about this said "I'll pop in tonight on the way home for you". As it was a 'no show', I sent an email saying "As you didn't come this evening, what's the situation?". There has been no response to this and this has affected our ratings in all categories.

Came took measurements, last I heard from him. If he didn't want job should of just said.
