Penny who interfaces with clients on behalf of the team of excellent, polite and hardworking builders was invaluable in guiding the process. We have ended up with a beautiful home at a very fair price for the job. Inevitable bumps in the build were ironed out quickly before they could develop into problems. Hired to do some external painting, and jet-washing of paved area. The former was well executed, the latter not so well. Arbitrarily changed attendance days/times almost on a daily basis. Fairly clueless when it came to tidying up after the jobs. Still awaiting a final clear-up.
