Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Arthur is very skilled at floor laying. He completed the job for me in two days' time. The new floor integrated with the existing floor in the hallway seamlessly. The skirting board were undisturbed during the job, thus minimising damage to the wall and other existing structure. Arthur always picks up my text messages swiftly. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Would recommend their services and will definitely use again. Many thanks

Igor was great to work with. He did the job with perfect quality, down to the last detail, while being very flexible if new or urgent issues came up. He was also happy to explain all details whenever we asked him to and helped with good (and budget) ideas to find solutions for unforeseen issues. And all this for a good price. Can only recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again for future work.

I have a team of tradesman that I have total trust in, I only use tradesman that I would allow to work in my own house. My promise to you is that I’ll only work with the best materials available and provide a 1 year guarantee on all labour. I never compromise quality for time. I strive for honest customer service, so contracts are only paid in full when the finished work is to your complete satisfaction.
