Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. He came out on short notice and did not leave until all the work was completed. Carl remained patient and focused His suggestion resulted in me investing in a WetVac which will come in extremely handy for future blockages. The final invoice amount came in a little higher than expected despite the bigger job at hand. Would definitely hire Carl again.
