Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate.
