A handyman arrived who couldn’t find my house... I asked for Belgravia to send me someone at 11 am this morning. Two men arrived at 9:40. It was clear neither had English as a first language and one used Google translate. That’s all fine as long as they do the job. The taps were changed. Water is having been switched off, but the bloke disappeared before I could approve the job or confirm the water had been switched on again..other minor job completed well. Doubt I will use them again.

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds.
