Adam came to my house to ‘fix’ my leak. He didn’t tell me till 6pm on a Saturday that I would not have water for the whole weekend leaving me without water or the use of a toilet. When he came back round to ‘fix’ the problem he made it so the hot water supply didn’t work for the bath and also the water pressure has gone in the shower. This has been over 4 months now. I flagged it at the time and paid him in good faith and have proof he said he would fix it but instead he has constantly ignored me!

Jawad was able to come over within an hour or so of posting the job and was able to get it sorted despite it becoming complicated including minor breaking out of boxing and brickwork. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.
