Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Had a bathroom fully done by them 3 years ago and still no issues great job.
Arrived promptly to give a quote. Replacing an elderly boiler threw up a few problems but he used his knowledge and experience to solve these. Arrived on time each day and carried out the work efficiently. Clean and tidy worker. Took great care to ensure the central heating system was working satisfactorily before he left.

Simon came with sort notice to fix a plumbing issue unresolved by another plumber. He diagnosed the problem and came back to fix the part required. The price is very reasonable, he was on time, polite and is not on our phone contacts as our newreliable local plumber in Windermere. Jill
