Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Joe was fantastic, responded on a Saturday to an urgent repair job (leaking tank in loft) and arrived Sunday morning to make the repair and also provide advice about the system
Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !
