Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Im a sole trader with 38 yrs experience and ive complete all types of installations with an addition of an electrician. I have an extensive knowledge of all types of projects , including wetrooms.
Shaun fitted out my main bathroom and my ensuite. I now have two wonderful, non-leaking, stunning bathrooms - one a very impressive wet room. Shaun helped me on all decisions and was incredibly patient whilst I tried to decide on various options, his advice was invaluable. Subsequently his support an help for any issue has been out standing, I cannot recommend him highly enough. A professional workman, lovely person, always smiling, takes a real pride in his work, slightly dodgy singing ;-)
We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it.
