Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. JGC Plumbing and Heating were really good in a crisis situation when our boiler broke down just before Christmas and we were expecting lots of visitors. They gave us an estimate on the day the boiler was condemned and ordered the parts and put the new boiler in two days after. The workmanship was good and they cleaned up afterwards. Their price was very competitive and we would certainly recommend them.

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.
