Monta did all the work in my kitchen, that is plastering, full electric, plumbing, timber flooring and Ikea kitchen installation. All very well done despite lots of hurdles on the way which were caused by an old, derelict system in the kitchen. If you want someone who is super organised, clean and tidy, punctual and sticking to schedules, then Monta is probably your best choice despite not offering the lowest quote on the market. Communication with the main builder - Michael was exemplary and all was clear.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Shaun fitted out my main bathroom and my ensuite. I now have two wonderful, non-leaking, stunning bathrooms - one a very impressive wet room. Shaun helped me on all decisions and was incredibly patient whilst I tried to decide on various options, his advice was invaluable. Subsequently his support an help for any issue has been out standing, I cannot recommend him highly enough. A professional workman, lovely person, always smiling, takes a real pride in his work, slightly dodgy singing ;-)
