Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would. I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.
Adam gave us a time, date and price and stuck to all 3. He even went out his way to collect the house keys from our work. The towel rails’ pipes were problematic and Adam had to cut into the wall and replace skirting around extended pipes he had to create to fit the towel rail. Despite the extra work he didn’t charge more than his quote. We are very happy with the work carried out and will definitely use his services again.
