Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Daily clean up was thorough.The flat is in a block of 40 plus, we received really positive feed back from the other residents. They will be invited back to do our kitchen. Paul and team renovated our ensuite shower room and did an amazing job. We are thrilled with it. We had never used rated People before but delighted we found Paul. When we had any questions he always replied to our texts promptly. All his team were friendly and professional. We plan at some point to renovate our downstairs toilet and will definitely be using Paul again. He did a couple of other small jobs for us too. Thanks PCG plumbing!
It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.
