Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The team that worked on our build have worked extremely hard since starting and their attention to detail is excellent, the team really cared about the quality of their work which showed in the end result. They were always very friendly and tidy throughout the build, very pleased!

Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

Vio is a lovely guy. We originally got him to fix our kitchen that was installed badly by someone else but had to wait for a new work top. He ended up fitting a laminate floor in our bedroom and vinyl tiles in the bathroom and toilet as well. Very reliable and works very hard. Looking forward to having our kitchen fixed next week. Would definately recommend him.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

He was helpful and answered all our questions. Our back bedroom was also painted and decorated to a high standard. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
