We have really appreciated the efficient and professional work from Tom. He delivered a very competative quote in a good timely manner, when we agreed on the contract he arrived on time, and his work was good and accurate. We wish we had used him from the start of the bathroom project as I'm sure we would have had an excellent job from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Tom again. Thank you.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value. We were very pleased.

Norbert and Raymond delivered a very prompt quotation which was sufficiently detailed for me to make a decision on the work. They were keen and diligent throughout the project, working hard for a very fair price. Their attention to detail was excellent, they didn't skimp on quality and worked tirelessly for 7 continuous days to deliver as promised. I'm very pleased with the end result - a paved terraced garden engineered with drainage channels, brickwork and timbers. I can definitely recommend them for similar work.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. Quoted for boiler replacement.Gave me options on the boiler,saving me over £500.Turned up at 9am both days and stayed until after 18.00.Work was done to a first class standard,and has transformed my home.Good to see a young man starting out on his own with a first class work ethic.Not once was he on his phone,no excuses no nonsense just good honest hard work.Cant rate him highly enough and he will be doing further work for me.Have absolutely no problem with recommending this hard working young man to anyone

Nik was available at short notice when another remover let us down. He offered the best price for the job. He collected on time and unloaded at the delivery location, taking care of everything. We were very pleased with all of the care and attention he payed. We recommend him and and will definitely use him again!
