Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

The quote was good, I took a chance because they had only just joined the site, but they didn't let me down. Alan, who did the installation was great. He really wanted to do a good job, very friendly and put the hours in until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Sharon would talk to me during the installation to make sure things were going well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aquassist.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. I all ways wanted to be a bricklayer just like my farther so he sent me to college witch I did for two years learning the trade then worked for various companies gaining my experience giving me the opportunity to working with other trades witch I started to learn witch gave me more confidence to work for myself so I could provide a good customer service with the reliability and attention to detail with the 33 + years in the trade.

Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right.
