Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Peter has just finished laying a limestone floor in our new extension and we are really impressed with the quality of the work. Peter cares about doing a good job and was very professional. We have had multiple trades on site and he was able to work alongside them. We also made a change in our tile choice in one room last minute and he was patient and reasonable about this. Very good service provided by JOR. Not the cheapest, but pleased with the workmanship and they provide a variety of services. Can also be difficult to book them in for jobs as they are very busy, but if you have the time available to wait then I would recommend them.

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.
