Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. First time I'd used this website, and very positive experience. I had a small plumbing job and was concerned a well qualified plumber might find it too trivial and a general odd job person might not be good enough. Paul from Ecotask was just what I needed - professional / qualified yet approachable / very pleasant and keen to do a good job. He came quickly and at the time he said he would and value for money was excellent. The quality of his work was top notch. Very happy-looking forward to using him again.
