Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Paul is an excellent plumber. He knows his area of expertise inside-out. He will never cut corners. Being professional is what he’s all about. It was a pleasure dealing with him. For one he prefers the phone over other inferior methods of communication, I.e. texting & email. The job he did for me was upgrading 4 radiators. He did it quickly, considering it was necessary to reposition the down pipes for 3 of the 4 radiators. I was VERY pleased with the end result. I would DEFINITELY use him again!
