Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Really pleased with Karol's and Marek's response and work. Having been without heating for 4 weeks, and let down by perhaps eight other heating engineers, Karol's quick response, and ability to fit the work in within a week, was a great relief. A mid-range price, but living in Stroud I didn't expect the cheapest. I had a rather quirky old system with a gravity-fed CH boiler and separate ancient water heater, but Karol worked everything out and replaced all with a modern combi. Thoroughly recommended.
