Ciprian contacted me and came round to my house to see and confirm the job. We agreed a price and he did the job superbly. He was efficient and courteous. The job was not straightforward, it was IKEA building but required cutting of doors because it was a tight fit and he did brilliantly. He also did other DIY work while he was there such as painting, carpentry etc. Would definitely use again!

Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally. He was fantastic, it was completed to a very high standard, when any problems came up with the materials provided he was quick to think around the problems and not let it halt the work, we will definitely use him again!
