Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. This guy lack communication skills. I asked him to give me a quotes. He seems not to understand how to speak and understand English and that is really affecting him. I have told him I can trust him with my job. I was asking him what was his quotes, he is saying another thing. He can only communicate to his fellow country men I believe. He lacks professionalism and composure. He doesn’t know how to relate to customer. I don’t feel like he knows what he is doing. He is a confused person. I won’t recommend him

Bogdan did our full bathroom refubrishment. I was a little bit worried that he had no reviews, although he did show me work down when he worked at London it is still hard to trust that work will be done to the high standard that we wanted. We should have not been worried at all. The transformation was fantastic and finish is beautifull surpassing our expectations. Everything works as it should and we were so glad we went with Bogdan so much so that we now asked him to refubrish our family bathroom too.
