Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Very friendly and carried out everything i wanted done. Would strongly recommend him to friends and family.
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

I have been plastering since 2002 with the main focus of my work being (but not limited to) the domestic marketplace ie people's homes. The bulk of my last 7 years have been spent working for a company carrying out work on behalf of insurance companies. My duties here as well as plastering included initial site visits to explain the process of works to the homeowner , investigation work to drains and foundations ,opening up inspection holes ,brickwork, carpentry, painting and decorating, roofing ,tiling draftproofing ,levelling floors , fitting and clearing gutters and much much more. I have alot of experience working with other trades that has given me a sound understanding of structures , the things that go wrong with them and how to put them right , correctly .
