We had a leak coming from the pipework connected to the water tank. James identified the issue by us sending pictures and also by explaining on the phone. He was very communicative and kept us informed as to when he could do the repair. He and his colleague were really professional and knowledgeable. Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise.
