Ciprian contacted me and came round to my house to see and confirm the job. We agreed a price and he did the job superbly. He was efficient and courteous. The job was not straightforward, it was IKEA building but required cutting of doors because it was a tight fit and he did brilliantly. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
