Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. Would NOT recommend. Friendly but very slow on the project, having to cancel carpets and house moving dates, ruining our first Christmas in the house. Would have been quicker if he actually worked longer than 3 hours a days. Not only that, but very unprofessional leaving a complete mess of the whole of upstairs with broken tiles. And dust all over our freshly painted walls. "Finished" and had to call him back. "Finished" again for him to not complete the job leaving me to fit the sink and grout tilesmyself.

Dale, did a first class job fitting a toliet and sink in a very small space within a bedroom. Building a partition wall around it. Challenging job, but he did it so well! Also speedy and cleaned the messy up. I would highly recommend .

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!
