Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Tony arrived on time to provide an estimate for a shower repair. He rang in the evening to discuss the problem and offered a solution, as he had done some research on the internet. A replacement shower was not required, only a shower head to match existing make and model. Many thanks. I would be pleased to recommend this trades person.
