Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Jobs is done fine and it's 5 star work. However he quoted 200£ to seal 3 sides of a shower tub and if we don't accept he must charge 65£ for a 10 minutes inspection without letting us know in advance on phone. That's a 1 star price.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
