Richard did a very good job on relaying floor tiles to my bathroom floor, including refitting 2 new tiles which were cracked ones . Due to previous movement he installed a flexible mat and then the special adhesive to ensure thorough fixing and stability. Would NOT recommend. Friendly but very slow on the project, having to cancel carpets and house moving dates, ruining our first Christmas in the house. Would have been quicker if he actually worked longer than 3 hours a days. Not only that, but very unprofessional leaving a complete mess of the whole of upstairs with broken tiles. And dust all over our freshly painted walls. "Finished" and had to call him back. "Finished" again for him to not complete the job leaving me to fit the sink and grout tilesmyself.
