Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

Absolute professional. Goes above and beyond. Originally asked him to panel and paint my living room. However he did such a good job that I also asked him to continue with my hallway, stairs and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend his work. He told me he was a perfectionist and he certainly proved himself to be so. A*

We love our new bathroom!! Richard’s done an amazing job. He’s hard working, a perfectionist who pays attention to detail!! Richard consulted us every step of the way ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble, when we couldn’t decide on the layout, he guided us in the right direction. From start to finish I was so pleased I’d chosen this company. Communication was excellent and the work was carried out to a really high standard. I made some changes to the original plans as the work went along and they were more than happy to accommodate! Thank you so much- I love the garden!

Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.

Turned out the tradesman lived round the corner from us so we now know a good local joiner. He was promt with appointments, good efficent worker and friendly. All in all a good person to know for future jobs.

They estimated the job would take 3 days but they completed it in 2. They arrived promptly, worked hard and did a good job, I will definitely use them again.

Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project. Phase 2 will start in a couple of weeks and in the meantime we have already recommended to close friends with the two projects running alongside. No hesitation in highest recommendations.

Luke was very professional and did a brilliant job of sorting out all our issues with the toilets. He also sorted out the problem of noisy water pipes at the same time. I would definitely recommend him.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Really quick and clean work, very professional and tidy. Would highly recommend. Installed new boiler (in new location) and installed central heating on the top floor (3 radiators). Knew I wanted the job done quickly so arrived with 3 of his team and got it all done in one day!
