Carol and his partner are extremely professional in their approach and have very high standards when it comes to their work. They tiled and fitted a new shower, taps and flooring in my bathroom nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful of my home and worked very hard to finish in a short space of time. When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
