Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Communication to book was quick, upon booking in the date a time it went backwards. On the day of the installation I had to call up as they didn’t arrive, was advised he would be there between 12 & 2pm but didn’t so ring again to be told he would be there for 5pm. Just before 5pm they advised he wouldn’t be coming and rebooked for the following week and therefore not done for Christmas, basically a full day wasted. On the next date he turned up to say he couldn’t do it due to no correct tools.

James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would.
