Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I had a small bathroom fully refurbished including some work on the plumbing, tiling and fitting a shower, a toilet and a sink. The work was completed to a good standard. Some things were not up to scratch on the tiling, grout and silicone. However, Mario made sure all was rectified in the end. The work took longer than planned about a month but overall was all good.
