Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Leon turned up bang on time and quickly understood the job. I had two flat pack wall display units to build and as they were heavy I really didn't want to risk of hanging them poorly myself and causing a pending disaster. I also hate building flat pack furniture of any kind. I was amazed when it took less than 4 hours to complete the work to a really professional build and install. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

I did not use either of these tradesmaen for the flue replacement. as the boiler manufacturers admitted they were responsible for the problem and replaced it.,Both called to give a quote and were helpful and polite.
