Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Lewis, came and did the work very quickly. It took just over 1 day to re-board and plaster the kitchen due to water damage. He was on time, very friendly and very competitive with his quote. His work was very good. Highly recomended

I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!

Terry was really good. He came out in the dead of night to repair (not just have a look at) my faulty boiler. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with it, showed me the parts that had gone wrong and even left the old bits with me to have a look at. My faith in tradesmen is renewed - well done Terry!! Really easy to work with, James was extremely helpful and has done a fantastic job with our bathroom refurbishment. We will be using him for further work in the future and would highly recommend him. Arrived promptly to give a quote. Replacing an elderly boiler threw up a few problems but he used his knowledge and experience to solve these. Arrived on time each day and carried out the work efficiently. Clean and tidy worker. Took great care to ensure the central heating system was working satisfactorily before he left.

Had few problems and impossible to get him back unless you offer a new job, Happy otherwise. Still waiting for couple of pieces of kitchen pieces and not holding my breath they will ever appear. Gave up phoning Lee.
