Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

We were OK and arranged for him to come the next evening. He arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing and why. He charged exactly what he had quoted (which was extremely reasonable). I cannot fault his professionalism or his workmanship. Would use him again without a doubt, and recommend to others.

I am a very experienced plumber, I have been carrying out maintenance plumbing for 10 years. I am City and Guilds qualified and deliver quality workmanship but at a competitive price. I strongly believe that a plumber is only as good as his last job.
I posted this job after a British Gas Engineer failed to get my downstairs radiators running and suggested the system required a power flush . Joe came out on the day I posted my job and having looked at my radiators and heating system identified the fault and had my radiators working within fifteen minutes of walking through the door. I can’t rate him high enough for his knowledge/professionalism, a less experienced/reputable engineer could have ended in me paying hundreds of pounds for unnecessary work.
