Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. So Dale did a grouting and sealant job for us, was good in that, but after that acted quite strange, delayed multiple appointments, wouldn't pickup calls, wouldn't respond to messages, would give wrong information. So if communication and staying up to date is what you need, look somewhere else.

They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

Had ceiling plastered and painted, all painting and wallpapering done. Friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. His team (who I expect where family members, but I may be wrong) both where excellent. Work completed to a high standard, Remi promised a finish date and they stayed late on completion day to achieve this. Remi also done another job for me at a fraction of the cost I was quoted. I am having some more work done in a couple of months and wouldn't hesitate to use his team again.Recomended.

Couldn’t of picked a better bathroom fitter. Clean, tidy and the bathroom looks unbelievable. Couldn’t recommend Keith enough. Ripped out entire old bathroom which was a bath/shower and reconfigured the layout and put a bath and a shower in. Our bathroom isn’t big but he’s made it feel massive. All re tiled. Built up a great relationship I even let himself have keys to let himself in. Me and the mrs are over the moon
