Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Wayne undertook the construction of a single storey, ground floor extension for us in Exeter. Our architects design & subsequent structural engineers specification, wasn't without complications & I think everyone did a little head scratching! Nevertheless, Wayne & his team found solutions. They had to deal with delays in the steel production, some atrocious weather and lots of questions from us, but never complained! As a consequence, Wayne will be landscaping our garden too!

A very professional tradesmen, He was friendly, worked very cleanly kept me informed all the way. As I women on my own in the house I felt very comfortable in his company. The work he did is fantastic he exceeded what we were expecting so much so we asked him if he had time to complete another small project which he did brilliantly. Jon painted our whole house to a very high standard. Emulsion all walls and ceilings plus gloss all woodwork. He started when promised and finished on time. He tidied up everyday and now we can make our house a home. Would recommend him to everyone and we will definitely use him again.

Dymond building services turned up at the time agreed, and have done a very good job of skimming our kitchen walls, and left our home tidy when finished .
We consider ourself artisan of natural stones, we also passionate about tiles: expecially large format, which we could use to manufacture many item around bathrooms, kitchen and even furniture. But nothing pleases us more than a satisfy customer.
So lucky to get such a great tiler, Paolo is hardworking and professional and his job was priced very competitively. I would thoroughly recommend Paolo and will use him again in the future. 5* definitely Peter Marsh.
