Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Hi we offer general building services, including extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and renovation work. We specialise in the removal of load bearing walls and steel installation.
He also hung a heavy mirror above the fireplace and took great care over the fixings to ensure it would be safe and secure. I am very pleased with the result and would employ him again to carry out further work.

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
