Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Responded very promptly to my ad and came within days to start the job. They had to order special materials, and Xmas and New Year intervened, but once the holiday was over, they were back at the task.
