Carl's plumbing service was outstanding. He's incredibly knowledgeable, explaining complex issues clearly. He installed a water softener and tap flawlessly, even optimizing under-sink space. Kind, courteous, and mindful of noise with a baby around, he fixed a faulty tap repeatedly without extra charge. His prices were very reasonable, and he even corrected a water tank installation error (pipe replacement & soldering) at no cost. Highly recommended for his expertise and exceptional service.

Full bathroom refurbishment. I bought a Triton AS2000SR Power shower. The package showed a schematic drawing of how the shower should be plumbed into the hot and cold supply and it showed a hot water tank. We do not have a tank and instead have a combination boiler. I was therfore concerned that the shower was not suitable and sent a photo of the schematic drawing to Valdi asking about it. He confirmed it was okay, but 2 showers have now failed and a plumber has confirmed it has all been done incorrectly.

I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. I advise anyone considering working with him to proceed with caution,
