Excellent, professional job undertaken by Ty and his guys Matt & John. Project was to remove existing tiling and then install new to kitchen, pantry & utility room. Old tiles & latexing done in one day, then new works completed in 1 & 1/2 days. Matt & John worked long days to complete the work in shortest possible timescale, and respected that works were being done in our home. Very considerate and tidy. Pricing was good value.

Rob did an excellent job laying a floor in my loft. The quality of workmanship was top notch. Rob arrived on time and worked flat out for two days. No hesitation in recommending Rob for projects.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Gabriel and Adrian did an excellent job with my small bathroom refit. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.
