Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again

When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
